Swinging from Clouds

Now, I'm not one to indulge in every single imminent trend, but every now and then I choose certain prevailing styles in my outfits. One thing I've noticed being repeated is anything in shiny silver, aka metallic. A few years ago I would've called it plain gaudy, but seeing that it could be incorporated into simple, casual and full-on classy outfits, I inevitably changed my mind.

Usually, silver is very tricky and if not styled appropriately, it can end up looking tacky. I narrowed the outfit down to pastel garments (so glad they're back this spring!) and even mixed in some gold just to keep the outfit fascinating. What do you guys think of it?
